After gaining 13 years of running experience, living in the United States for 5+ years and competing internationally, My vocation has never been more clear – giving back to the community where it all started. Speed Xplosion A.C allowed me to develop the skillset that led to my first South African national colours in 2021, 5 collegiate national titles in the United States and multiple All-American honours.
Combining my knowledge, experience, and coaching qualification, It is time to develop and build the future of our beloved sport.
